Our mission is to be an open gathering place to nurture Christians in training who, equipped by the Holy Spirit, go into the world and share the light of Jesus Christ.
We are a United Methodist Community of Worship, serving in the Maryville District of the Holston Conference.
Sunday Worship: 10:30 a.m.
Sunday Small Group: 9:30 a.m.
On the Christian calendar, this is Baptism of the Lord Sunday.

Green Meadow and Family Promise of Blount County are united in the "missio Dei," serving homeless families in Blount County. The church serves as the Family Day Center, while dozens of other churches in Blount County serve as either host or support churches.
Through prayerful discernment and honest discussions, the School of Hope Task Force has voted to take some time to reevaluate the direction of the program. During this time of reflection, we will not be accepting students into the program. It is important for you to know that the mission is not closing down. We will be scheduling meetings with former students, task force members, and members of the community who can help us in this process.
Whether it's building mission kits for flood victims, being part of a mission team to Guatemala or Estonia, giving food or other aid to a stranger, raising money for a family struck by cancer, or gathering peanut butter for the Community Food Connection, God's people in The Meadow are engaged in the missio Dei ... God's mission of love.
